Talk about going above and beyond! Serene helped us getting our dream home! She was very patient to accomodate our twist and turns as we better understood what we really wanted to prioritize in a home. She is great a communicator, replies very fast, which we found out is essential when you are loooking for your dream home! Follow ups with everyone involved and she was super open to doing it all remotely! From the very beginning until the key delivery and even after we settled, we felt supported!
